The Opstad PTA invites all Otters to enter a science project as an Individual or as part of a Team in the 2012 Opstad Elementary Science Fair. Teams can be as small as two students or as large as an entire classroom! 

The 2012 Science Fair promises to be a really exciting event!

• Each student will present their Individual or Team project to a Scientist Reviewer during the school day. All students will receive a Participation Award.

• The panel of Scientist Reviewers will evaluate the projects, and will present Super Scien- tist Awards to those projects that excel based on the level of Inquiry, Creativity, and Ef- fort. Super Scientist medals will be awarded the evening of the fair.

  In addition to the awards, the 2012 Science Fair will also include some fun Hands-On Science Activities and a yummy Science Fair Bake Sale. The Science Fair is open to all Otters and their families
